Sunday Swim at Cascades!

Sunday swimming has now switched from Brownlow to our 'home' pool at Cascades. The session starts at 1.00 and finishes at 2.00pm. This is a great chance to grab some more 'pool time' especially for those younger swimmers keen to improve their technique. Both pools will be in operation with the current arrangements expected to run until Christmas. Anyone interested in attending or those who would like some information should speak to Bill Partridge or Caroline Lavery. You support is vital if this new venture is to succeed.

Stroke Development Meet 1

The opening meet of this years Stroke Development series will take place at Dungannon pool on Sunday 2nd December 2007. On this occasion the strokes will be 100m Backstroke, 100m Breaststroke and 200m Freestyle. The event caters for swimmers between the ages of 9 to 16 and anyone interested in competing should contact Paul Higgins A.S.A.P. The closing date for entries is Wednesday 7th November.
